The Taonga Tuku Iho Conservation and Preservation Workshop will bring together tohunga tiaki taonga from Te Papa and the Alexander Turnbull Library to show you how to preserve and protect your taonga for future generations. these could be thinks like:

– toki (adzes)
– whalebone
– pounamu
– wood
– whaariki
– kete
– old photos
– old paintings
– historical diaries
– historical documents

We have capacity for 25 tribal members to participate in this one day workshop on Sunday, 8 December 2019.
